MegaBrite Type 27 unitized discs are available in two performance ranges to match application requirements:
• XL Unitized Discs – Designed for general metalworking, from light stock removal through intermediate finishing
• Blend & Polish Unitized Discs – Ideal for edge deburring, chamfering, and refined surface preparation and finishing

Material & Performance
Available in both aluminum oxide and silicon carbide grain, MegaBrite unitized discs can be matched to the material and application. The open nylon web construction resists loading and continuously exposes fresh abrasive for consistent, controlled performance.
