A Proud ESOP Organization

An ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) is an employee benefit plan that gives an employee ownership, or shares in the company where they work.

Rex-Cut became an ESOP in 2008, when the current owners sold the company to its employees. This decision was made in an effort to give back to the company's valued employees, and ensure that the company was in the hands of the people who cherished it the most.

At Rex-Cut, we have treasured employees who are instrumental in our development and sustainability. Giving back to them via ESOP is just ONE way to make our employees feel seen, heard, valued, and appreciated.
