Rex-Cut was recently sold to it's employees through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan.

Rex-Cut now joins a select group of approximately 100 ESOP companies in Massachusetts alone and a total of over 10,000 in the United States. This type of ownership in a company has proven to be very successful in improving employee participation, increased efficiency, and profitability.
