Quick-Change Discs Grind and Finish Aluminum Fast  

A full line of quick-change cotton fiber abrasive discs that grind and finish aluminum without loading, to produce a fine, smooth, surface finish, is available from Rex-Cut Products, Inc. of Fall River, Massachusetts.

Rex-Cut^® Cotton Fiber Quick Change Discs for aluminum provide fast grinding, a smooth finish, and are non-loading for use on flat or contoured surfaces. Constructed with multiple layers of non-woven cotton fiber, impregnated with either  aluminum oxide or silicon carbide grains, these discs constantly reveal fresh abrasives as they grind and will cut and finish in one-step.

Capable of lasting up to 20X longer than conventional coated discs, Rex-Cut^® Cotton Fiber Quick Change Discs come in 1", 11⁄2", 2" and 3" sizes and various grits and bonds. Flexible for handling all types of surfaces, yet rigid enough to get into corners, they are available with Powerlock^®, 3M Roloc^® and Sockatt^® style fasteners.
