REX-CUT SELLS COMPANY TO IT'S EMPLOYEES
Rex-Cut was recently sold to it's employees though an Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
Rex-Cut now joins a select group of approximately 100 ESOP
companies in Massachusetts
alone and a total of over 10,000 in the United
States. This type of ownership in a company
has proven to be very successful in
improving employee participation, increased efficiency, and profitability.

AWS Welding Show in Dallas on April 26-28, 2005 .
Rex-Cut exhibited our full line of cotton fiber and specialty abrasive products at the show. Live demonstrations of weld grinding and finishing stainless steel and aluminum once again impressed and amazed show participants-- from welding shop fabricators to large industrial vessel manufacturers. The show was held at the Dallas Convention Center in Dallas , Texas. If we missed you, perhaps you can catch up with us in Chicago in Nov! We hope to see you there!
A new-updated 2005 catalog was introduced late February this year. Some of the changes included a revised cover, additional sizes in the Alpha Green Cut-Off wheel line, and part numbers for our accessories. Copies are still available by request.
Our new website was introduced early this year. We plan to make it more a more informative resource to our customers each year. Also, we introduced an online webstore in June. The webstore is being provided to aid our international customers as well as those in remote areas of the U.S. requiring quick delivery on small orders of certain popular items.
