Sigma Green Premium Grinding Wheels

The Rex-Cut Sigma Green Premium Grinding Wheels feature a zirconia/ceramic grain and a proprietary bonding that can remove heavy welds fast, without chatter, to minimize operator fatigue, according to the manufacturer. Suitable for mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum, these wheels are offered in 4 inches, 4-1/2 inches, 5 inches and 7 inches sizes for right angle grinders and are available with or without hubs. The line is said to cut 50% faster, run 20% cooler, last longer and produce a better finish than aluminum-oxide grinding wheels.
