A full line of quick-change cotton fiber abrasive discs that grind and finish aluminum without loading, to produce a fine, smooth, surface finish, is available from Rex-Cut Products, Inc. of Fall River, Massachusetts.

Rex-Cut® Cotton Fiber Quick Change Discs for aluminum provide fast grinding, a smooth finish, and are non-loading for use on flat or contoured surfaces. Constructed with multiple layers of non-woven cotton fiber, impregnated with either aluminum oxide or silicon carbide grains, these discs constantly reveal fresh abrasives as they grind and will cut and finish in one-step.

Capable of lasting up to 20X longer than conventional coated discs, Rex-Cut® Cotton Fiber Quick Change Discs come in 1", 11 D2", 2" and 3" sizes and various grits and bonds. Flexible for handling all types of surfaces, yet rigid enough to get into corners, they are available with Powerlock®, 3M Roloc® and Sockatt® style fasteners.
