Rex-Cut Sigma Screen Multi Purpose Discs feature a blend of zirconia-ceramic grains bonded to a flexible mesh depressed center Type 27 wheel and come in coarse, medium, fine, and very-fine grades. Faster and cooler than solid resin fiber discs when grinding and finishing composites or fiberglass, they are chatter-free and clog-resistant, claims the firm.

Measuring 4-1/2" dia. x 7/8", Rex Cut Sigma Screen Multi-Purpose Discs come with back-up pads and they can be stacked on the grinder for longer life. Also effective for stainless steel, metals, aluminum, and wood, these discs are available in a test kit featuring two each of coarse, medium, fine, and very fine grades for easy user evaluation.
